The auditorium at the Boma’s of Kenya filled to capacity with families from every corner of Kenya and some from surrounding South-Eastern countries. The meeting conducted by Elder Kevin S. Hamilton, Area General Authority Seventy, after the congregation stood and sang “We Thank Thee Oh God for a Prophet”—three times, each with genuine joy.

Sister Patricia T. Holland first addressed the audience, followed by her husband, Jeffery R. Holland.  The choir members from both East and West Nairobi Stakes joined their voices beautifully in a tribute to the prophet. Sister Wendy W. Nelson spoke, followed by her husband President Russell M. Nelson. The audience loved the messages and the interaction with the prophet and apostle.
