PathwayConnect program is now available to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and their close associates who live in Tanzania. PathwayConnect is an official Brigham Young University Idaho’s one-year online program which is at very low cost. It prepares and equips members spiritually and academically with Life Skills, Professional Skills and University skills that can lead them onto a path of higher education and or employment. Students study online as well as gather once a week for spiritual learning with other students to discuss the progress of their assignments, ask questions, and help one another to accomplish the goals before them. After completing this one-year program, students can apply for a certificate, which can lead them to applying for an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, all offered online through BYU-Pathway Worldwide and accredited through BYU-Idaho.
